Insanely contrasted trailer for Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s new film Uncertainty. Looks to be half love-drama and half thriller. Intriguing! I am a big fan of Gordon-Levitt especially since his performance in teen-noir film Brick.
A young couple (played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Lynn Collins), in love and facing a life-changing decision, find one seemingly ordinary July 4th cleaved in two by the flip of a coin on the Brooklyn Bridge.

The second official trailer for Mr. Martin Scorsese’s horror film Shutter Island.
The movie looks pretty darn horrifying, while also keeping to Scorsese’s classic theatrical style. That timeless-film noir-like acting of DeCaprio & Mark Ruffalo work a treat throughout the trailer.
If your a fan of thrillers, then Socrsese should delivery something like you’ve never seen before.
Check the high def trailer at Apple.
Unfortunately the film has been pushed back to February 19th 2010.

Above is the last trailer for Mr. Fantastic Fox (to be featured on kindofpretty).
This latest trailer finally gets me excited for the film. Prior to this trailer the concoction of W. Anderson and the stars involved, assured I would go see it. But the latest trailer has me booking my ticket right away!
Check out the trailer, grab the album and go see the movie when it is released on November 13th.

Without wanting to feed the frenzy of money-makers who have made every attempt to profit off of the death of Michael Jackson, I would really like to spotlight the release of This Is It. The documentary that was recorded throughout three months of rehearsals for Jackson’s comeback tour.
This Is It will be released by Columbia Pictures for a limited two week season.
The footage of Michael captures him at his most passionate & most candid moments over the months coming up to his death.
Idealistically this could go non-profit. A pay-what-you-will system would be a fantastic gesture to show it’s all about the man, and not the money. Idealistic and unrealistic all at the same time…

New film staring Michael Cera, Youth in Revolt is story about Nick Twisp and his quest to win the heart of his neighbor Sheeni. Sounds like your standard summer teen flick until you see how he goes about it.
Check out the trailer above. Out October.

Saw Sam Rami’s new film this week. It was horrifying. A true classic horror film that wasn’t scared by its own shadow. The movie went back to basics and took a lot of inspiration from 1980s & 90s classic scary movies.
Check out the Trailer. Then grab the DVD, flick off the lights and check out the film.
